Joshua Tree National Park

January 18, 2003

Joshua Tree National Forest is famous the world over. It is at the confluence of the Mohave and Colorado Deserts. Their geology and ecosystems collide in glorious ways and millions of years of tectonics and erosion have created an oddly beautiful and changing landscape. We took easy trips through the Geology Tour and the mouth of Berdoo Canyon.
